With nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, this seasoned professional brings a strong background in training, coaching, and managing core corporate HR functions. Holding a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, they have worked extensively in shaping people strategies, developing talent, and creating structured learning environments within corporate settings.
Now based in Stratford-upon-Avon, they founded Best Exam Coach with the vision of creating a supportive, real-time mock testing experience for children preparing for the 11 Plus exams. What started as a small initiative to support their own child and a few friends has now grown into a trusted local service helping families across Rugby, Coventry, Warwick and the wider West Midlands.
Driven by a passion for educational development and community support, they continue to lead the team with a focus on quality, accessibility, and building confidence in every child and parent who walks through the door.
Nandhani is a dedicated Administration and Customer Support Professional who supports Best Exam Coach with efficiency, organisation, and a strong focus on service quality. She manages enquiries, coordinates communication, and supports parents and students throughout their journey.
Alongside her role with Best Exam Coach, Nandhani also works within the NHS, where she developed strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
She plays an important role in creating free vocabulary exercises for students and overseeing media and communication across our platforms, helping families stay informed and supported.
Outside of work, Nandhani enjoys cooking and loves creating a wide variety of continental cuisines, bringing creativity into everything she does.
Devi joined the Best Exam Coach team as an exam invigilator, bringing with her a background in Computer Science and Engineering. At this stage in life, her focus is on being present for her family and supporting her young children during these formative years.
Stepping into the invigilator role has offered her a fulfilling balance between personal responsibilities and professional contribution. She's genuinely enjoying the experience and is proud to support students as they prepare for their 11 Plus exams.
Outside of work, Devi enjoys spending quality time with her family and often takes part in school and community activities that keep her closely connected to her children's growth and learning.
Sudha is an Engineering Manager at Sainsbury's Tech, with more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector. She has worked across a range of leadership roles, managing technology teams and delivering successful digital solutions.
Alongside her professional career, Sudha is also a dedicated and a core member of Best Exam Coach. She plays an active role in both exam coordination and invigilation, helping ensure our mock sessions are well-organised, smooth, and supportive for students.
Her ability to manage processes with clarity and calm, combined with her deep understanding of structure and delivery, brings great value to our initiative. Sudha's involvement reflects her commitment to education and her passion for helping children perform at their best in a realistic exam environment.
Outside of work, Sudha enjoys gardening and exploring new recipes in the kitchen activities that reflect her creative and nurturing nature.
