We understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a mock exam.
Cancellation Requests
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days before the exam date.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email.
Refunds
- Approved cancellations will receive a refund, less a £5 administration fee per booking.
- The administration fee covers the costs of processing registrations, payments and cancellations.
No Refunds
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests made within 14 days of the exam date.
- No refunds will be given if a child does not attend the exam for any reason.
- No refunds will be given where a parent requests to change, transfer or reschedule an exam booking.
By booking a mock exam, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
